That worked on Old nova's and astras, and it only turned the ignition on, you'd still have to bump start the car.
Every corsa I've seen has got a chipped key so even if you get the ignition on you can never start the car because the ECU is not live without the chip.

fact my corsa doesnt have a chipped key. Its a 1994.

Alarm is separate to the imobliser, Completly.
A 1996 1.2 wont have imobliser, and as i said nic, a C16XE wouldnt have the keychip.
My 98 1.0, My 99 1.6 16v and my 95 1.4 all have the keychip.
I know all about it as i spent about 4 months fucking about with a couple of corsa imoblisers last year and i learnt a great deal.

from reading this it works on carb engines
not injections due to the imob/chip

^Apart from there is no carb corsa, And it works on lots of corsas....
