Author getting off warped/screwed locking wheel nuts....

I have tried taking the wheels off my girlfriend's Rav4....one of the locking nuts with a 3 prong hole has been twisted by the wheel nut key....

How can I get the locking nut off without the key? Now when I try to loosen the nut, the key just spins in it.....

Any Ideas?????

if it has a outter casing that spins knock that off with a punch or whatever you have then knock a normall socket onto it and remove, simples
