how hard is it to change the steering arms?

mrs took my car to get the tracking done, and one side they can't get the lock nut loose other side lock nut and track rod end seized,

easiest fix?

damn badgers.

to make matter worse only got a half assed story fro her

they not bad mate ive put 2 on mine with an xe in. take the gaiter of the steering rack then use some stilsons or spanner to wind them out. fit new arm and track rod end easy
