As above. If i'm watching a blu-ray, or playing a game with voices, the voices (but not the music) cuts out. It seems to be happening more frequently, but i've only really noticed it in the last month or so.
I've not changed anything, so any suggestions? Its an original 60gb model, so it could well be that something is broken.

sounds like something to do with the cable than the console i remember i had some headphones that did the exact same thing and i rewired a new cable and they were fine

Yeah, the narration will cut out, or whoevers talking on screen. It sometimes comes back after a few seconds, or if I pause/rewind it.
