Rieger RS rear extension ....
PVD told me i needed to cut away the bottom half of my original bumper, is this necessary and why?
Do i use screws or just bond it on?

bought mine 2nd hand
guy bonded and screwed it 
effed it up!
dont need to cut away bottom half
the apron bonds onto the bottom half
