Nope, Opel offer it as a colour option and although I can't find the pictures when a few members of VXRonline went to EDS in Germany to have their cars mapped that Corsa was pictured and it was stated it was EDS development car.

Also I believe Manuel Reuter is driving it, there is a big thread on VXRonline about this.
