Sorry, that should be Alt+F4 then immediatly press tab and then enter

You been copy and pasting?

Press the windows bar at the bottom hit alt+f4 at the same time and press enter, should make them lines dissapear

Alt+F4 works wonders at work Especially with the computer illiterate old ladies
