Evening folks, just wondered if any of you good people have had any experience with firms/companies going insolvent.
I ask as the company I have worked for since 2007 went insolvent as of 4pm on Friday, owing me and the other chaps that worked there, over three weeks wages amongst other money.
All we received from our employers was form RP1, to attempt to claim our lost earnings.
Now there's no return address on the form and it didn't come with an addressed envelope of any kind, so I was wondering who it should be forwarded to.
I've had a brief look on the government's insolvency website where you can download the form itself as a PDF but there's no obvious route as far as where it should be sent upon completion.
I may just be being blind or stupid but any help or info would be gratefully received.
Cheers, Jim.
