Have you got the sender for it?
At a guess the 3 wires will be
Red = +ve
Black = -ve
Yellow = signal from sender.

Oil pressure sender looks like this in the pic next to the gauge.
Oil pressure sender

It screws into the engine block.

All cars have a pressure sender but only some Calibras and Mk2 Astra GTE had the dual pin pressure sender needed to run a gauge.

I'm not even sure the Vauxhall dual senders can run an aftermarket gauge. I've always used a seperate sender.

Think you're best off with something like this.

What engine is it?
Some engines have spare studs in the oil ways which a pressure sender can screw into.

Like on my 20XE there is a few blanking studs, I've fitted my sender in one. I also had to use a thread adaptor as the sender was imperial and the block was metric.
You'll need to find out if your engine has any spare threads.

If not you can fit a sandwich plate like this

If you're fitting an oil cooler you use a Vauxhall sandwich plate but the cooler pipework uses both outlets on the sandwich plate so no space for a sender gauge.

I'd hazard a guess that a 2ltr would have spare holes for a sender or 2. You got the engine to hand?

The sandwich plate I listed should work for you, Providing the oil cooler pipes use either M18 or M20 threads.

No idea bud, I'm using a standard Cavalier GSi cooler with stadard pipe work.
Ask at demon tweeks, I'm sure you can get M18 or M20 oil cooler fixings.
