He was racing the car behind him and a bmw reversed out into the road as he was parking which he swerved and caused him to crash. You can actually see the damage the driver done when he fell out the car and hit the railings 
Ouch, some people really don't have a clue considering they know what goes on there 
I noticed they have removed the railings now, probably just aswell as if anybody crashed into them again they would have killed someone immediately.
