i dont just mean the pump bit,i mean the bit on the manifold... i wrote an earlier post but im thinking of just geting my couzin to buy a powerbox off flame on here and ill ditch the whole thing?

Its the sai on the exhaust manifold, that can be reomeved no hassle

the egr is on the back of the inlet manifold, not sure about blanking them

search function works now though, or below?

ryan you can just make a blanking plate for them mate and use new gasskit or tiger seal lol few ppl on here have done it

i need to have a gander around the engine properly...ill have to figure out a way to do it decently

you can just take the egr valve off get a coke can just a blanking plate out of that, get 2 gaskets and then sandwich them together... worked beautifuly on mine .... but bewarned the egr valve is a PAIN to get off

its okay i expect it to be,its easier to work on the c20xe in mine than it is a smallblock xe! theyre a night mare!

i used this guide to help me along used two plates in the end one with a hole and one withought and sealed up.
