I saw a standard red 1.7 CDTI the other day, it had some weird white pinstripes going along it near the top of the doors

Yeah get a tuning box on the 1.7 it will have tons of torque, and be faster that a N/A 1.8.

and probably cost more to insure ,, becase you do tell the insuraance its got a tuning box dont you....

I dont think there would be a whole lot of difference between the tuned diesel and the SRi, Ive always found the SRis pretty quick.

Fuk the boxes, get the thing mapped properly !
100 will easy get 130 / 135 with over 240 of torque, imo alot more fun than a 125 petrol drinker
