it took me 8 hours to do. Tip is heat up alot before taking off and you will save yourself hours. Slice the glue off as your pulling the strip off at the same time gradually working your way down. Then get white spirits and a hair dryer and the corner of a card to scrape off the rest dont worry my paint was fine after the abuse plue i also used a batter buffer with white spirits . It may leave white strips after fully cleared but these will come out with a heat gun
