so you can cook outside in the sun and not hidden away from the party. Also you dint have to light it three weeks before you want to cook. I want an outdoor kitchen when I get a house

Nothing tastes of authentic BBQ though?

Give me a charcoal BBQ any day of the week, the hour trying to get it lit is part of the fun.

If you want a decent quality sturdy barbecue then my advice would be to at least double your budget and look at a Brinkmann.

Agreed that gas barbecues are shit but lighting a barbecue is childs play, if its not ready to cook on within about 20 minutes it is time to give up.

20 minutes? Tut tut, your meat won't be cooked right through properly, unless your coals are doused in chemicals.

People get problems on barbecues by trying to cook on them too soon, you cook on the heat and not the flames!
