Aps were spot on in my Zetec S. I doubt you'll ever need the extra adjustment and double the price doesn't really warrant it IMO

apart from his car is alot lighter, so will need the bump and rebound adjustabilty IMO

fixed rate dampers are fine for the springs they are specced with, but if you're gonna differ from that, and for a track car you probably will, then the adjustably is a must, also means you can have a 'wet setup' with softer springs and damping rates to match easily

the gaz stuff is ace imo

LOLZ its all over the place, need to do something. I'm not even sure I'll use the extra adjustment etc but they are apparently a deal, retail is a lot more and the same guy has other bits.

Ian, the advantage is being able to spec different springs. I have 4 sets of springs for my rear on the nova, and 3 sets for front. Makes you sound cool! Imagine drinking a pint and telling people of your multi spring setup!

venommotorsport is where i bought my AP coilovers from, they are not on a puma, but a corsa, handles like its on rails. Only took a day and a half to get to me too
