i would like to purchase a front lower splitter from a seat leon cupra r 2002, but seat want a chasis code etc which i dont have nor do i have a seat.

1: has anyone here got one which i can buy? (not ebay prices)
2: would anyone purchase one for me and i exchange funds that way and even pick up if local or arrange a courier to pick up. so no hassle apart from buying it for me.
3: dodgey i know, which envolves alot of trust, that i can have a chasis number for the above car and i buy it? (i wouldnt, but worth a ask)

4: i dont want to buy it off ebay and end up spending £40 for something that seat sells for £25

my mate walked into seat and bought it for £17 and he doesnt have a seat

i just phoned up and they said

"For the right part to be issued to your car, i need a chasis number"

seems silly as there is only going to be one type of model leon cupra r on a 2002 plate!

Are you on SCN mate?As the part number is on there in the mk1 leon section..

if you don't have it by tonight il get it for you....ive got a number that you can ring its tristan at seat and he knows the scribed and wont need a part number..

would of said you could of had my old one. just needed sanding and it would have screwed onto another car.

threw it in the bin though

ps. just go into a Seat dealer and they'll sell you one. my local dealer had them in stock when I got my new one.

Just walk in and get one.

When i got mine i just went in and asked for a cupra splitter. He went in the back, got one and said that you wouldn't beleive how many they do sell!
