Wrap guide is wrong. Sauce should be applied to the inside of the wrap before introducing meat.

Just got home. Was a good laugh, 258 mile round trip on less than 4 hours sleep. Liquid diet of relentless got me through. Cheers for people making us feel welcome!

I tend to fold one side over then the bottom, then pull it tight with the other side
