basic line of the story is - crazy kilelr virus breaks out in scotland, england seals off borders, ports etc etc, rebuilds hadrians wall with modern day materials etc etc and mines the coasts, in effect neglecting scotland, but controlling the virus spread, only a few years (30 it hink) later the virus spreads and manages to reach london and england is stuffed, us marines or wtever try to cme n save the day, but it manages to get onto mainland europe at the end of the film,

whats the film called though? or was it a tv series? i forget
