Watt bulbs is everyone using?

I ripped the Hid's out earlier as they were stupid bright

Suggestions?.. what are these night breakers i keep hearing about?

the halfords ones in gold box come out well in loads of tests i've seen, might be about £15 each

Isn't that the point of HIDs that they are brighter? I'd of kept them in

They dont work so well in Pre facelift EP3 headlights, scatters the light too much..

Put it this way, i could drive down the motorway and drivers in lorries on the oposite slow lane would have their High Vis vests lit up

Not to mention one of my ballasts has failed

i am using bulbs from metro headlights. they work better than anything ive ever had before and are cheap 2nd hand from the scrap yard mate.

Well my o.e honda bulbs are back in for now. look gash and yellow compared to my sidelights that have a clear blue tinge to them..

Think i might just get some mtec bulbs like these:

I bought a set of osram night breakers from ebay and they were miles better then the honda bulbs

Nice white light too.
