I know I could go out and look for the engine code but I CBA

Yea your right, It was just my Astra had an engine change and it says on the receipt X14XE.

I'll have to have a look on the block and see what it is

Buying a 2.0 Astra Gsi, and putting in a 1.4 16V engine....
