dropped my key last nite there was like a battery inside cud this be the reason the light doesnt stop flashing.

if the battery fell out then the other key fob might need re-programming.

or the chip is broke/missing
or the battery is broke/missing

just some ideas to get the old key working

just from earlier car is working fine on the spare key but the main one i think the chip is missing where can you replacement ones.

Vauxhall only id imagine, and you'll need your carpass.

with fords, you can get a key and transponder chip from a different puma and reprogram it to yours, dunno if same with vauxs

I thought the XDR was programmed to the ECU and couldnt be changed. Only the RCL can be reprogrammed. With vaux that is. I have no idea about other makes.
