I pre-ordered 4 a few weeks back, no idea how they work.

One of them was natwest.co, other banks were taken. When I do a search though it's still available, so no idea whether or not i'll get it, or even if i'll get any. What will they do, just refund you?

Trademarked names are not a good bet

If they can prove you bought the name after the trademark was created, then the original trademark owner has rights to claim your property - without paying you.

apple did this recently, claiming back loads of ipod / ipad / iphone named domains. (the original owners were left empty handed).

- This is not to be confused with if you own the domain prior to the trademark. e.g. facetime.com recently got bought by apple.

pepsi.co would of been my choice, but i'd imagine that's long long gone anyway
