LG make the parts for large companies like samsung. I've got a samsung and an LG, i'd say the LG tv is better, but the Guide interface of the samsung is better.

You could get a Samsung 50" for that price 7-8 months ago.

Anyone know what the deal is with the wireless dongle?
The LG 42PJ350 42" HD Ready plasma TV has built in Freeview giving you easy access to free digital channels. The TV includes a wireless dongle that attaches to the TV allowing you to view the internet through the TV. The DLNA features allows you to bring together digital content from devices around your home i.e. laptop, mobile phone and view directly from your TV. The LG 42PJ350 has 1 SCART socket and stereo sound.
