Why would you respray a 21k mile car?
Why have 2 new rear wheel bearings?
Why change the cambelt?

Dont get me wrong its a tidy car but something just doesnt ring true. I dont understand why you would do all that especially the bearings if it had only covered such a small mileage.

21,000 is a lot of stone chips, small dents, scratchs etc.

Cambelt should be done every 4 years, if its only ever been changed once, its wayyy overdue.
Wheel bearings, if hes had it all apart, makes sence to replace them.

to me that just suggests it has been cared for when things have needed doing. I do cam belt and rollers etc on mine once a year.

buy a 1.2sxi corsa be for 2.5k and spend the other 2.5k on a 92 hour detail.
