"Aquired" a few albums to put on my iphone and when I put them on the phone or itunes it puts each song in as an album. For example a 20 song compilation instead of all being listed under one album in the albums section its listed as 20 individial albums, one for each song  Is there a way to group them? Been looking but cant seem to get it to work

Highlight them, right click get info, insert the album name & the other album option info, apply, close... done

You need to also select 'part of a compilation' and put the album name in using the grouping tab.

Took me ages to sort through everything, its so annoying as it was all ok in my library!!
