Ran out of juice this mornin managed to scrape it to the petrol station but wouldnt start after I filled it up. Managed after about 5 mins of trying but was missing its tits off but got better till it was ok again. Was fine when I thrashed it. Came to start it after work same thing all over again just had to be towed off my boss. Not happy. Thinking injectors and pump out and blast it all through with the air line?

You have got a lot of gunk into the petrol pipes, filter, pump and injectors. Get the car down to the garage, and make an extension pipe so that you can blast the petrol hoses with the airline. You will manage to get most of the crap back into the tank but sadly not all. Change the filter clean the pump and injectors, fill the tank and add redex or similar, about 2/3rds of it into the tank and pray for help.

What's the point in a fuel filter if the crap in the bottom of the tank can be sucked up into the fuel lines and injectors? I'd say it's just the filter, as said change that first and see what happens. If it's done its job then it'll be fine.
