Had a engine change and everything was changed for the job!

So

Just been to see the car for myself.

They have fitted a new crank sensor.

They have 2 wires on the fuel pump brown and black and that is powering it! then they are earthing it somewere then they turn the key and the engine starts revs high sounds shit then stops. Without powering the fuel pump it doesnt even start!

The problem is the engine management light is not even on and it should be?!?!? Thats why we think it sounds like shit because its knocking it all out?

Really strange

Does anyone know whats going off?
