right...

i cant get the poxy lambda sensor out, its rusted to buggery, have drenched it with wd40, heated around it with a blow torch. literally smashed the granny out of it.


any other ideas how to get the poxy thing out?

yeah the fannymold is still in the car, im gonna try and take it off tonight. clamp it up, then beat it into submission! on an upside, im gonna get some heat wrap and cover the fannymold. any idea on what thickness is best?

If the lambda is fubar I cut the wire so I can get a deep socket over it.
Heat the hell out of it so the manfiold is glowing then use a breaker bar as advised.
