Rough plan for the morning - Will will confirm all of this - is that we'll be on site from 7.30am.

Gates open to the public at 9am.

We'll be leaving the hotel at 7.15am which is SN14 6UZ just off M4 J17 if you want to meet us there for that.

Not sure of any other convoys from further away, there will be some NWNW members going down in the morning but I would suspect they will be going M6/M5 and then M4 eastbound, not sure if that is useful to you.
