You can't scam someone on Paypal with just an email address. And technically you aren't selling the page, you're selling the admin rights to it and the your IP on it. I've not been through the tc's of Facebook but I'm sure stuff you post on there remains your property.

Send him your email, he can't get your details by just having that. If you get £500 put in there, withdraw it to your bank account immediately, and swap the admin over, easy money!

Hes just put the money into my account, his name matches up to the paypal account as his Facebook name, everything seems normal!
