Shop across from us is a well known girls shop that sells hair bands etc and does ear peorcig.
For the last hour and a half (no shit) a 3 year old or thereabouts girl has been held prisoner by her mother as they try to peirce her ears. The child CLEARLY doesn't want to do it. Is screaming and crying, attempted to run away only to be grabbed by her trailer park mum back into the shop.
Is this like legal?! The kid is clearly distressed and the chav is really angry and offering her no reassurance from what we can see. I know the girls who work there and they look all concerned and a bit like they don't know of they should be doing it.
Should I call the fizz?

I thought there was a minimum age to get ears pierced or is that not applicable with parent consent? Clearly the child is not consenting.

They have gone now. Served a coontemer and wrote this checked again and they appear to have scarpeted.

Personally if a kids under the age of 8 i don't think it should be forced into anything.. My girlfriend has done dance/gym since the age of like 4, shes now 18 and her backs Foobarred.

It would be some retarded government test that would cost millions and have shit questions and entail a £50 fee.
Question 1 = what do you feed a baby
A = baby food / correct 
Question 2 = where should you keep medication?
A = up high / correct
Question 3 = how do you stop a baby crying?
A = hit it / this is the wrong answer
