Ok, not sure what to do at the moment. We are thinking of freeing up some cash towards a place of our own so we are toying with selling the VRS and getting something cheaper. Similar age and mileage cars with less spec are going for about 12k on autotrader, ideally id want something for 6k or under to replace it with. Wanting something family friendly whilst still being sporty. PEtrol and turbo are preferred but not essential. Deffo not a hatch or any form of BMW. Insurance and running costs are not a massive issue but dont want silly service/mpg costs.
So, what would you get in my situation? Got a 2 year old daughter so needs to be practical. My only idea is a Zafira GSI not sure on prices of them yet not looked.

for 6k you could get a 54/55 plate zafira with 40-50k on the clocks i woud of thought ideal as you are a family man and ideal if you need to move things around or transport plenty of people

ive found 2 local ones, both with 80k miles for 5k. Not many about

Zafira Gsi are good, I sold mine with 69k milteck eibachs remap etc £5.5k. I loved it, dunno why we sold it tbh lol
