Hi All

Would anyone know whats causing this....

My car has a flatspot from around 1.9k to 2.1k in every gear.I'm thinking it may be something to do with spark plugs but not sure....anyone familiar with 8v spa engines and any common issues?

are you sure its a flatspot and not the character of the engine? my old 1.2 corsa used to have a flatspot between 1k and 6k

Air filter / airbox? Have you de-restricted it or anything? I know I went OTT with the "de-restricting" on my old 8V and it gave it huge flatspots!

It's not been de-restricted mate.The engine is bog standard. It could be that it needs a service in all honesty as i bought it from over 200 mile away and drive it none stop back
