just fitted a speedo n rev counter into my 1.0l corsa and for some reason it says im going slower than what i actually am .. but it sits on 0 when im stopped so dno wot the problem is :/ any help please

because i know how fast i can get on one road round ere and its says in doing 10 mph less :/

get a sat nav and use the speedo on it and check against it mate, you can't just go from assumption !

best bet is to change it back over and make sure its not the car

sounds like you have 4cylinder clocks if you do the new speedo will be way out had this problem with a mates car

^What you chatting, its the rev counter that would be wrong with the 3/4cylinder.

My mates speedo and rev counter were way out when he got it. You need to match the same speedo raiting which is at the bottom of the speedo dial it will be something like K=26838 and you will need to get one that matches your original clocks.

it runs off the engine though so i dfont get how it makes a difference .. it picks up the engine speed and revolutions

the rev counter is wrong b ut tht dont bother me .. ima test the speedo in a min by driving alongside my mate lol
