I had one on my RX7 about 6 years ago, although it only worked on the front. As you got to 30mph, the plate slid up into the intercooler duct and when you slowed down, it sprung back into place

LOADS of people in the hot rod scene have things like this, pnuematic/springs that flip the numberplate down at the touch of a button.
Or, just drive a pickup truck and leave the tailgate down

Oxford have only substituted their fixed cameras for mobile ones, Id rather know where the cameras are personally.
