As above (this is for an x14xe...)?

I've been told that for the civic the exhaust manifold is better (coupled with the cat-back) but I've also had an inlet for my old corsa and noticed a nice little difference

Any ideas?

from my car i got

inlet normally gives better bhp
exhaust gives better torque

this is based on NA applications.

i put a manifold on and i noticed a lot more torque above 3k

When I fitted my 4-1 I didn't notice sod all, but when I fitted a new inlet it was loads better.

I put both on at the same time on my x16xe but i had to take my 4-2-1 off for some reason and it felt a lot less torquey, like the power was being strangled by the standard manifold.
