I know this is not the right section although I have tried in the helpzone and no luck. So any help would be great, basically I have had a few problems with the corsa recently, every time I change gear and when its slowing down and in the neutral the car sounds like its going to stall and it did stall today. And sometimes when I pull away it shakes, any idea what this could be. Thanks.

yea the clutch is fine, had the clutch replaced in feb and this is a recent problem.

Starts up fine and wont have any problems till i start driving.

if its stalling then the idle is dropping which could be caused by the ICV AFM or ECU, probably other things but im no mechanic

your speedo work? (what engine it is would help) if speedo is working then its probs ICV take it off give it a clean etc.. make sure the wires and plug to its ok, are you getting an EML coming on?

1l engine, no speedo and eml comes go when i am doing a slower speed in comparision to the gear, for example doing 40 in 5th.

take it on a long stretch and try and rag it n see if the EML comes on then .. if it does its AFM deffinatly .. i had this problem with my 1l with the EML being temprmental now and again and feeling like it was going to stall ... i unplugged the AFM until i got a new one and it was driving fine  bout £70 for a new one

I took it on a long one yesterday and no problems on the motorway and I did about 70-75 motorway miles, when I slowed down and put it into neutral to change gear light flickered on and off.

i wud be almost certain its AMF mate .. i changed mine and i also did sparks and gave the EGR a thorough clean too just to make sure

Have these got lambdas? I'd put my money on that, those symptoms are the exact same as me and that's what sorted it.
