Usually in bed by 11.30pm and asleep by 12am my alarm goes of at 6am and I'm out of bed and in the shower 5 minutes later.

bed at 11ish usually, up for 5, takes a snooze or two to get up tho work till 1ish, afternoon nap for an hour or so.

Sleep really badly though usually wake up 4 or 5 times a night.

Usually go to sleep about 12-12:30 and up at 7:30
if something decent is on tv then ill stay up

Go to sleep between 11-12pm and get up at 2.40am for work.
Try to have an early night 1 night of the week but it never happens.Sometimes have a cpl of hours sleep in the afternoon after work.

Guy at work finishes at 6.15am,goes to bed at about 7am and gets up at 9pm,then starts work at 10pm.Waste of a day.

i never fall asleep anywhere either, the hours i said earlier are the only hours i sleep.

i can only sleep if i mean to and usually takes ages to get to sleep

In bed watching TV by 11pm latest, asleep within 10 minutes unless sexy time is offered

Alarm is set for 7am for her, I wake myself up religiously no later than 630am

Up at 5.45pm.

Try to go to sleep before 1..rarely happens if im working and finish at 12.30.. get up at 9am if im working at 10, or whenever if im working at 5.

Usually go to bed around 1.3am-2.30am. Sometimes i fall straight asleep other times im awake for 2 or 3 hours before i actually fall asleep.
Then im up for work at 5.10am.
On my days off im getting up at 7am recently! No idea why as i like sleeping in!

I dont seem to get much sleep but im never tired I think i just work through it now and have got used to no sleep. Most time with no sleep was 75 hours No idea how i managed that one i just couldnt sleep at all.

Bed at around 12am. Depends what I'm doing the during the day as to what time I drag myself out of bed. If I've got uni around half 7 using my alarm. Days off about 10ish

10-11 and up at 6. I have an alarm clock and 4 different times set on my phone between 5.30 and 6 to wake me up gradually.
