are these originals or fibreglass copies? are all the clips intact that hold them on the car?

genuine irmscher, will get pics of where it says irmscher if you wish, i think 1 clip on the back bumper is broke, all the others are in tact.

needs spraying obviously, rear bumper may need a little bit of filler. depends if you're a perfectionist or not.

they will but 250 is alot even if they are rare theyre poor condition, i know youv repaired them abit but it needs professional work. 200 i think is fair
