if its standard, not many. Only real advantage is upping the rev limit if you have a mantzel type product. Even then though, you have to ask whether you want to up the limit on a standard engine.

I've got one on my 1.4 8v sri
made it run smoother, rids flat spots etc and feels a bit quicker thru the gears
