TBH, in my chippy we do get a fair few orders over £15, but as others have said, people have always paid cash

Theres the installation of the equipment, the paper trail and I thought it was more than 4%. Depends how big your sales are and number of transactions you make for you to negotiate percentages with the card company I thought.

I pay for loads of small stuff with my card! If I got a tenner out an went into Tescos and spent say £4 that £6 wouldn't last long as I'd spend it on shit. At least with paying with my card it's the exact amount. Soon we won't have cash anyway so I wouldn't worry too much
