just got my 02 bill £97 normaly i dont go over £35 line rental. an 11 minute 118 call cost me £14.70 i dont like using 118 but i was out and about and needed a number, should of got them to text me it. the rest of the money was due to been over my text limit wich is fair enough. cunts

Not robbing, they do not hide there costs, and that's how much they charge for their services, it's down to the consumer to decide.

Most people's phones these days are Internet enabled anyway, so even if you had to pay for data it would still work out cheaper doing a Google search on your phone for the number.
