I have ordered some V6/Turbo disks. 288mm.
I also have some Calibra Turbo calipers and pads.
Plus Ferodo D2500 new pads.
I have just placed the pads ontop of the disk and it doesnt seem to cover the whole surface?
I always thought the whole disk would be covered?
Any ideas? Is that normal?

That's about the same as mine, just had them off there actually.
Where did you get the pads?

Both old and new pads are exactly the same.

Thinking about it my pads cover the whole of the front of the disc, it's just the back that's got a wear strip in the middle. Try them and if they fit they should be fine mate.

Good luck mate just try not to get the sheet metal guard at the back to dig in under your nail. I keep doing that when doing the brakes.

Think there ok. Made the rong spacer bit for the hub to get it central. I thought it attached using a taper method. Will jump on the lathe tomorrow and make some more up!
