Currently selling a phone on ebay, put it up 3 or 4 days ago as a BIN.

I stumbled across this in the other auctions, and they have nicked my photograph?!!! I took it on my mums bed and its identical. This makes it look like i could be dodge
Fraud
WTF can i do? Complain to ebay?

yeah, report it to ebay, give them the item number and your item number and they will remove the other persons listing for breach of policy

Not likely to be fraud, someone might have the same phone and cba take a picture/upload it etc so just used a picture of one already on there. Either way, report it to eBay to have it removed.

If it's a brand new item and the photo was taken from say Orange's website then fair enough, but using someone else's secondhand product pic for your own? FFS

I've seen my photography pics on eBay before, advertising headlights. Rob u2u'd me to tell me, wasnt bothered I guess.

the context looks the same, slight alterations to it, but im sure its the same.
