My vectra is fitted with a cd30 which does not have aux in so ive been looking at bluetooth things to work my phone aswell as my ipod. I know a lot of these products are shite but the two ive mentioned seem to get a gd review. How is it that its wired into my headunit if i dont have an aux? Is it a specialist jon or a driveway job?

Parrot has it's own amp, bypasses the headunit.
They are ok but have some quirks.

The car loom goes to the parrot then to the headunit.
It uses the cars speakers and hooks into the wiring, when it's turned on though it basically disconnects the headunit from the speakers.

So say i want to listen to radio then ipod then radio. Is it just a case of turning the parrot off so the radio works through speakers?

You stop it from playing via the parrot and then the headunit sounds come back
Fit parrots at work, there easy to fit and ideal imo
