iv got the heating set at 25oc an a blanket wrapped round me an im still bloody cold

wtf is wrong with me?

massive whiplash does often lead to bad circulation and therefore coldness.

Turn down the kids radiators and turn up your room? Or get some cheap thermals. Thermals ftw

I geniunely have bad circulation in my feet and hands. That's why I often sit at work with my feet tucked in behind my kneecaps

i have it in my legs, it can be very painful at times its worse if i have been out walking in the cold
