Its a date you set or a random one if you didnt specify. It's not the contract date

Mine is the 25th, which is monday

I don't have enough money in the account, is it possible to pay it over the phone obviously I can't put dosh Into the account till Monday afternoon

Think you can do. I phoned them up 2 days after the bank retrned a direct debit off them and they sent me a letter out asking for the money, Told them it was the banks mistake and paid there and then.

My direct debt comes out on the 1st of each month, but you choose it. They say my bill is read from half way throught the month.

I sacked off the DD as work changed my pay day from the 18th to the 25th and orange cant move the payment date that much. Now i pay when i get cut off....

Morons...It will come out on day you set it up, gove a take a day or two dpeends on if that day falls on a weekend.
