The basketball vid is certainly possible, in fact i think it's a snippet from a Dude Perfect vid (Youtube Dude Perfect, seriously impressive stuff).

The flyer through the basketball hoop is real, well certainly the move is as i've seen it done when watching a mate (a base) cheerlead. Their flyer was pretty tiny though and looked like she'd take her fair share of knocks practicing it.
