My van side pannels have started to go rusty,they have never been out before so need to know how to without damaging them. Or can you buy replacments,really don't want to make some or fit windows as i want to keep the oem look.

Think they are bonded in same as the windows would be so will need cutting out. Long knife round the edge from inside or get a window fitter.
I don't think they are welded but have never worked on a corsa van

They are bonded in, you need to remove the rubber then best bet it to feed some cheese wire inside throught a little hole and cut them out. that wont damage them

Cheers guys,mine hasn't got any rubber seals so will have to get some first before i try to remove them.

As said there bonded on and iirc vaux dont sell them anymore i just sorted mine while they were still on the van as it was only surface rust so wasnt to bad
