Had an email off someone i am buying stuff off saying fedex were unable to collect today due to a road being closed, and they will collect tomorrow, but then he sent me a tracking number in the email and it says:
Date / Time Activity Location Items
25/11/2010 18:11 Consignment data received Frome 1

don't understand how it is at this fedex base if it hasn't been collected yet? Also the time says 18:11 and the email sent from the seller was at 18:14?

That text there just says that they've received information on the package, not that it's at any depot.

so can i assume from this that the seller passed the pickup request to fedex 3 minutes before they sent the email saying they couldn't collect today (insert excuse here)

consignment data has been recieved, it should say something like "package at bridgend depot" or something.

the tracking info starts when the label has been scanned into the drivers Saturn.
